I didn't create this because I'm some celebrity chef with a TV show.
I created it because traditional Greek recipes were being lost in translation.
Everywhere I looked, people were "simplifying" Greek food until it wasn't Greek anymore.
Or they were making it so complicated that nobody would actually cook it.
Greek food is meant to be approachable. It's meant to bring people together.
But it's also meant to be authentic.
So I went back to the source.
These are the recipes passed down through generations. The ones Greek families actually make.
Some are quick and simple. Others take a bit more time and care.
Because that's how real Greek cooking works.
Not every dish is a 15-minute shortcut. And that's okay.
What matters is that each recipe is authentic, clearly explained, and worth the effort.
Because if you're going to make Greek food, you might as well make it right.
